How do I pay for my order?
It’s really simple.STEP ONE: ENTER YOUR DETAILS
Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, you will enter your details:
1. Delivery Name
2. Delivery Address
3. Contact Phone Number
4. Contact Email Address
STEP TWO: ORDER SUMMARY
You will see your order summary, including your postage and handling fee. Here you can enter in any special delivery instructions that you would like us to pass on to the courier. You will then be asked what method you would like to pay by. Your options are:
1. New Zealand Bartercard.
Please note: Bartercard payment can only be made for products – Postage & Handling is to be paid in cash. Your
order will be processed once Bartercard payment has been approved and Postage & Handling Fee has cleared.
2. Credit Card
You can pay for your entire order by cash – it does not have to be Bartercard. We accept Visa or Mastercard.
3. NZ Bank Transfer
You can deposit the total amount manually into our bank account, and we will dispatch your order once your
payment has cleared.
STEP THREE: PAYING
If you choose Bartercard, you will need to enter in your Bartercard Number, Expiry Date and Name. Then you will choose a payment method for your shipping.
1. Credit Card
We accept Visa or Mastercard. – you will be taken to a secure area to enter your card details to pay for your
shipping. Your Order will then be dispatched the same day.
2. NZ Bank Transfer
You can deposit the total amount for your postage and handling fee into our bank account. Once you confirm your
order we will provide you with our bank account details. We will dispatch your order once your payment has cleared.
STEP FOUR: Submit your order.
You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched, confirming that your order is complete. A courier tracking number will also be included in this email.
