We hope that you are 100% happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, then we are happy to find a solution straight away

Here are our Guarantee conditions:

Buyonbarter’s warranty policy covers our products for 3 months (or otherwise stated) from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process.

Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense including the freight to return the repaired or replacement product.

The guarantees only apply to new products, and does not include second hand items or items sold on behalf.

Buyonbarter’s Warranty Policy has 3 solutions to any claim made:

1. Wherever possible we will endeavour to repair any fault to a factory issue and return it to you at no charge.
2. Where repair is not possible or practical we will replace the product with the same or similar product (of the same value).
3. Where neither of the above solutions is possible or practical, then we will refund you for the value of the product, freight excluded.

Dissatisfied

If you are dissatisfied in any way, if the product does not match the description, or if you are generally dissatisfied with the quality prior to the product being used, contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item for you, or you may choose something else on the site of the same value. The replacement will be sent once we have received the item back in 100% original and saleable condition. Items such as clothing will not be considered saleable if they have been removed from packaging or worn. Please note you will be responsible to send it back to us.

Faulty or damaged

If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival and you contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product, we will arrange the item to be collected (at our cost). Once received we will assess the fault and replace it for you. If there is no replacement we will offer you the opportunity to choose one of our other items of the same value from our website. If this is not suitable, we will then refund you, the original purchase price including postage and packaging charges. If we assess it and it is not faulty – then you have then we will send it back to you at your cost.

Incorrect item

If we have dispatched you the incorrect item by mistake; and prior to the product being opened or used, you contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product we will ensure that you receive the correct item, at our cost!
